AMENDMENT 01 - Solicitation Amendment FA568223Q00120001 SF30 attached.

The purpose of this amendment is to update the shipping information to allow for delivery to a CONUS consolidation point to comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR). Delivery will be made to DLA Distribution at the Norfolk Intermodal Hub (NIHM), Norfolk Virginia.

Additionally, DFARS 252.225-7048 Export-Controlled Items is added to the to the solicitation.

As a result of this amendment, the solicitation due date is extended to 04 September 2023.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The North American Industry Size Classification (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 334220 with no small business set-asides.

The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order for the BRAND NAME L3 Harris products capable of meeting the solicitation's specifications, outlined in Solicitation - FA568223Q0012 and Attachment 1 - Technical Requirements Package. Additionally, the Government requires delivery to AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY.

POINT. All quotes must adhere to the solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable.
