The procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 apply.

USAID anticipates awarding a five-year Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Term type LOE contract with options for a total estimated cost between $35,000,000 and $40,000,000. The purpose of providing an estimate is to help Offerors develop their proposals. Offerors should propose costs that are appropriate, realistic, and reasonable, and are in accordance with their proposed approach for achieving results. The Final LOE and contract amount will be negotiated based on the successful offeror's proposal.
