This is a Solicitation Notice for Multi-Media Compliance services with Emphasis on Stormwater, Wastewater, and Drinking Water for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington, DC Area of Responsibility (AOR) and US Territories.

Offerors will be required to provide a full range of multi-media environmental compliance services with an emphasis on: Stormwater, Wastewater, and Drinking Water; and additionally Air Quality and Clean Air Act Compliance, Waste and Materials Compliance, Storage Tank and Spill Compliance, Environmental Management System (EMS), Other Environmental Liabilities (OEL), Environmental Planning, Natural/Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, and Installation Restoration, in compliance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD); Department of Navy (DON); Federal, State and local statutes and regulations; and with DoD and DON policies, instructions and guidance.

The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to:

to RFI#45, which was submitted to seek clarification to RFI# 26.
