Amendment 0003 - Global Protective Services (GPS)

Background
The Global Protective Services (GPS) program is a recompete of the Security Support Services – Global (SSS-G) Program, which was competitively awarded in November 2018.

The GPS program aims to provide armed and unarmed guard services and protective security services in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other applicable agencies. This contract is designed to ensure safety and security in high-risk international environments, particularly outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform armed or unarmed security guard services and protective security services. Specific tasks include:
1. Fixed Guard Services: Providing security for government facilities, including access control, perimeter surveillance, and internal patrols.
2. Mobile Security Requirements: Including mission coordination, security escort teams, convoy escort teams with route planning and threat assessment.
3. Protective Security Services: Including protective details for individuals and reconnaissance teams for security assessments.
4. Compliance with host nation laws and regulations regarding personal security clearances and arming authorizations.
5. Quality Control Plan (QCP) implementation to ensure service quality meets performance standards.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations outside the United States as specified in individual Task Orders.
