Amendment 0002 - Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) SF1449 Request For Proposal (RFP) - T2C2 8a Competitive Stand-alone Contract

Background
The Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) is issuing a stand-alone commercial contract under Amendment 0002 for the Transportable Tactical Command Communications (T2C2) program. The contract requires logistics and management support services for the development of logistic documentation to establish and maintain Sustainment Support Packages (SSPs) for each terminal variant and configuration. The T2C2 program terminal portfolio will consist of seven terminals.

Work Details
The contractor is required to complete various tasks including providing detailed reports per CDRL A001-101 indicating the scope and extent of HSI activities and resources planned and required to meet all coordinated and designated PM’s HSI objectives. Additionally, the contractor shall conduct an HSI program and provide a detailed Human System Integration report per CDRL A002, which includes human factors engineering (HFE) analysis of the hardware, software, and workstations/terminals for each terminal variant.
The contractor shall also implement a Reliability & Maintenance Program for FoT variants, conduct monthly Failure Review Board meetings, host weekly Repair Maintenance Activities meetings, and be responsible for Configuration Management of the systems defined in the Scope.
