Background
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL has a requirement to procure ambulance services in support of the 42d Medical Group (42MDG).

This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations. The solicitation number is HT107212139715 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price and is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Ambulance service for the Maxwell Ambulatory Healthcare Center in accordance with Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a duration of 12 months.
2. Ambulance/Paramedic Service for special events/exercises at the Maxwell Ambulatory Healthcare Center, totaling 400 hours as per Attachment 2, PWS.

The contractor must demonstrate the ability to meet response time requirements as specified in the PWS, including documentation of routes and travel times within Maxwell AFB. The contractor must also provide state-certified paramedics and emergency medical responders, along with qualified ambulance drivers. A personnel and management plan must be submitted detailing how functional continuity will be maintained, including identification of key personnel and their qualifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months for general ambulance services and an additional allocation of 400 hours for special events/exercises.
