UPDATE: Vendor Questions & Answers (Q&A) resulting from Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 693KA9-24-R-00008 posted in SAM.gov on January 4, 2024 provided herein. The proposal due date remains February 21, 2024, 2:00 PM EDT.

UPDATE: The proposal due date for this BPA is extended to February 21, 2024, 2:00 PM EDT due to internal delays in addressing vendor proposal questions. Vendors who may have submitted proposals before the posting of this amendment may resubmit their proposals before the new due date. No other changes are made.

This Executive Recruiting Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will acquire the services of a Contractor to work with the Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Transportation in the identification, screening, and recruitment of candidates to fill executive-level support to senior FAA leadership.

Background
This Executive Recruiting Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will acquire the services of a Contractor to work with the Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Transportation in the identification, screening, and recruitment of candidates to fill executive-level support to senior FAA leadership.

Work Details
The FAA requires support in the identification, screening and recruitment of highly qualified candidates to fill executive-level positions within the FAA Leadership Team. A highly qualified candidate possesses both the leadership and technical competencies required for this position. The leadership competencies are static across the Executive population while the technical competencies are position dependent. The job order for each search request will reiterate the leadership dimensions and define the technical competencies of a highly qualified candidate.
The term of this BPA includes a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for a total period of performance of up to five (5) years. The FAA may issue Calls at any time during the performance period.
Place of performance is at the Contractor’s facility, however, the FAA may require the Contractor to attend face-to-face meetings at FAA locations in Washington, DC.

The term of this BPA includes a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for a total period of performance of up to five (5) years.
