Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is issuing this Combined Synopsis Solicitation for the purchase and delivery of topsoil to Calverton National Cemetery. The goal of this contract is to ensure the cemetery has the necessary materials for maintenance and landscaping, supporting their mission to honor veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide bulk topsoil in accordance with the Statement of Need. The specific requirements include:
- Delivery of topsoil to Calverton National Cemetery located at 210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933.
- The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for one (1) year.
- Pricing must be all-inclusive, covering supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies. Pricing shall be FOB Destination.
- Offerors must complete Attachment B - Price Schedule with unit prices and total amounts for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN).

Period of Performance
One (1) year from the date of award.
