Background
This solicitation is issued for the rental of Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) at Osan and Gimhae, Korea. The purpose of this contract is to provide transportation services in accordance with the Passenger Transport Service Act and related procedural principles.

Work Details
The contractor must provide NTV rental services, adhering to the following requirements:
1. The contractor must possess a valid ROK 'Passenger Vehicle Transportation Business Certificate of Registration' for the Automobile Rental Business category.
2. A valid Automobile Rental Business Registration must be provided, including both English and Korean translations.
3. Liability insurance coverage is required, including unlimited insurance for drivers, property insurance for third parties, and personal insurance for drivers, excluding vehicle insurance.
4. Drivers must be 21 years or older as per Article 45, Clause 2 of the Passenger Transport Service Act.
