The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a Chapel Contemporary Musician at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 18 July 2023 at 1300 CST (1:00PM CST).

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 711130. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.

Background
The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a Chapel Contemporary Musician at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The Contemporary Worship Musician will be responsible for providing blended contemporary style music for the Contemporary Worship Service. The core working hours will not exceed 120 weekly rehearsals and worship services for all 52 weeks of the contractual year. The Contractor must possess specific qualifications and experience, including active membership/attendance at a church/chapel with a letter of endorsement from their current pastor/chaplain, and have a working knowledge of the worship music used in multi-cultural Christian worship settings.

1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024
