Allegheny National Forest Deer Fence Maintenance IDIQ   3

Background
The solicitation is for the Allegheny National Forest Deer Fence Maintenance IDIQ. It is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the procurement is set aside for Small Business concerns with a code of 115310 – Support Activities for Forestry and a Small Business Size Standard of $11.5 million.

Work Details
The contract will result in the award of a firm, fixed-price, multiple-year, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract(s). The contract will involve maintaining fences in two Ranger Districts: Marienville Ranger District and Bradford Ranger District. The work includes maintaining a total of 82.91 miles of fence over the base year and four option years. The solicitation requires vendors to submit pricing for all line items on the Schedule of Items in order to be considered for contract award.

Period of Performance
Performance during the Base Period will be from date of award through December 31, 2024. Each successive Option Year (if exercised) will be 12 months in duration and begin immediately upon expiration of the previous option.

Place of Performance
The performance locations are the Marienville Ranger District and Bradford Ranger District on the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania.
