The purpose of this Amendment 0003 693KA9-24-R-00005 (SIR) is to:
1. Revise Block 8 of the Solicitation Form to extend the date for receipt of proposals to 02/20/2024.
2. Revise paragraph (b) of L.5 TIME, DATE, PLACE, AND SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS, of the SIR to read: Paragraph (b) the time and date set for proposal submission is changed to no later than Tuesday, February 20, 2024, 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announces a follow-on procurement to the Air Traffic Engineering and Program Support Contracts (ATEPS I), referred to as ATEPS II. The ATEPS II will provide support to program management, system engineering and development, and implementation efforts for ATO’s NextGen programs and systems aimed at enhancing the safety, efficiency, and capacity of the National Airspace System.

Work Details
The ATEPS II contract provides technical and professional support services as broadly described in Section C, Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities, equipment, material supplies, and services. It is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a combination of Time and Materials (T&M) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type items. The contract includes General provisions, Contract Type, Maximum Contract Limitation, Guaranteed Minimum Quantity, Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure, Contract Pricing for T&M and FFP TOs, Work Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), Task Order Management Costs, Quality Management Compliance, Security Requirements.
