The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Air Tractor AT-802 Initial Pilot Qualification training for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The FAA contemplates an award of a purchase order with a one (1) year period. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal.

All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR and supporting document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR documents(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Erick Martinez, Contracting Specialist (AAQ-732), via e-mail at erick.i.martinez-abril@faa.gov.

Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at, erick.i.martinez-abril@faa.gov by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 22, 2022 to allow for adequate response time. No questions will be allowed after that date and time.

Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 3:00 P.M. CST, March 1, 2022. Proposals must be submitted electronically to erick.i.martinez-abril@faa.gov, and addressed with the SIR Number 6973GH-22-Q-00078. All submittals will need to allow sufficient time to process through security procedures in place at the Aeronautical Center.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CST, March 1, 2022, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.

The SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
