Background
This notice is the official solicitation posting for follow-on Air Terminal Ground Handling Services at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The contract involves providing all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, and associated support required for non-personal services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of Air Terminal and Ground Handling (ATGH) services located at U.S Naval Air Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) in support of the Defense Transportation System to include all US Government owned or operated aircraft, US sponsored foreign Government or civil aircraft, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) aircraft, Strategic Airlift Capability Heavy Airlift Wing (HAW) aircraft, and commercial contract aircraft at U.S. Naval Station at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NSGB). The Contractor shall facilitate on-time aircraft departures and maintain the ability to provide sustained ATGHS for a working Maximum on Ground (MOG) capability of one wide-body aircraft or the equivalent thereof.
The tasks include:
- Managing all information and terminal resources required to receive, document, plan, and move passengers, cargo, and mail
- Accomplishing aircraft load planning
- Ensuring maximum aircraft utilization
- Controlling and recording movement of cargo and mail
- Providing cargo processing, special handling, and aircraft loading and unloading
- Providing pet reservation services
- Providing a complete range of passenger and baggage services
- Providing funds handling services
- Managing reports, records and electronic data interchange
- Operating, maintaining, and repairing MHE.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
