Air Medical Transport Ambulance Services (AMTAS) for Fort Hunter Liggett (FHL), CA

Background
The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking a contractor to provide dedicated, exclusive use, full-time medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) services to injured personnel at incident locations. The primary goal of this contract is to ensure Advanced Life Support (ALS) is available for the timely transport of injured DoD personnel to higher levels of care as required. This service is critical for maintaining the health and safety of military personnel during operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Provide air medical transport ambulance services at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA.
2. Ensure availability of operational aircraft 24/7, including a backup plan for replacement aircraft and personnel.
3. Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and possess current certifications from the Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB).
4. Provide proof of helicopter and pilot licenses and certifications.
5. Demonstrate experience in providing air medical transportation services to the public.
6. Ensure all medical personnel, including Physicians, Flight Nurses, and Paramedics, meet required clinical qualifications as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
7. Maintain liability insurance as required by the contract.
