Background
The Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) is a defense agency under the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). Its mission is to provide force protection, security, and law enforcement for personnel, facilities, and resources on the Pentagon Reservation and for Department of Defense (DoD) activities.

The Investigations & Intelligence Division (IID) was established to maintain a Force Protection capability addressing intelligence and terrorist threats targeting the DoD. This solicitation seeks to provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Software Support Services to enhance PFPA's operational capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide AI OSINT Software Support Services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for financial management monitoring and support services.
2. Performing Systems Operations and Maintenance and Enhancement Services to sustain PFPA/IID operations.
3. Developing contractor’s Detection as a Service (DaaS) program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
4. Conducting open-source analysis for early detection of threats using AI technologies.
5. Ensuring quality control through an effective quality control program that identifies and prevents defective services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have one Base Period followed by one Option Period.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Pentagon Reservation and other DoD occupied facilities within the National Capital Region.
