R-11 aircraft refueling trucks are used by the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) to service various types of aircraft throughout several countries. These vehicles were manufactured and acquired in the United States of America (USA) for use in Europe and Africa but do not conform to the current ADR requirements.

Contractor shall furnish all personnel, facilities, material, supplies, equipment and labor to retrofit R-11 aircraft refueling vehicles in accordance with the ADR, the attached Technical Engineering Document in the Statement of Work.
