AFDW Contracting Directorate Acquisition/Contracting Support

Background
The Air Force District of Washington, Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK), Joint Base Andrews, Maryland is conducting market research to identify potential 8(a) small businesses that provide professional services in contracting, policy, acquisition program management, and IT support.

Work Details
The Contractor service requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items. The performance threshold briefly describes the minimum acceptable levels of service required for each requirement and will be assessed on an 'Acceptable' or 'Unacceptable' basis. These thresholds are critical to mission success.

The Contractor shall provide deliverable(s) in a format mutually agreed upon by and the Contractor. The following enumerated deliverables are not expected to change.

The Government will provide use of all facilities, materials, publications and forms, and equipment required for contract performance. The Contractor shall have access to Government facility five days per week, Monday through Friday, eight hours a day, except when the facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility closings.
