Description

The contractor will provide the JTF-SD with equipment and installation support for an addition of six new AF7 terminals and its network/peripheral equipment. This contract will include the supply of equipment, devices, components, hardware/software, programing, and installation support. The scope for this project is to upgrade/install the necessary equipment to enhance the AF7 Special Access Program (SAP) VTC capabilities of Bldg 400. This project will include planning, design, installation support, configuration, testing, and support of AF7 VTC equipment/use.

Background
The work/requirements from the contractor covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of all labor, support, service calls, tools, parts, components, equipment, shipping costs, programming, transportation, storage, supervision and time/materials, hardware, software, and coding necessary in performing all hardware and software upgrades for the Air Force Special Enclave Video Enterprise Network (AF7) Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment and all its components.
Building (Bldg.) 400, floor 3 operates on a single AF7 terminal causing a lack of available for multiple members in the JTF-SD at a single time. The audiovisual systems are used by the entirety of the JTF-SD as an integral part of communications directing and supporting the National Space Defense Center’s (NSDC) and United States Space Command’s (USSPACECOM) mission essential functions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the JTF-SD with equipment and installation support for an addition of six new AF7 terminals and its network/peripheral equipment. This contract will include the supply of equipment, devices, components, hardware/software, programing, and installation support.
The scope for this project is to upgrade/install the necessary equipment to enhance the AF7 Special Access Program (SAP) VTC capabilities of Bldg 400. This project will include planning, design, installation support, configuration, testing, and support of AF7 VTC equipment/use.

Period of Performance
Addition/Upgrade: The period of performance shall be accomplished in a timely manner and not exceed 180 days from date of award.
