Description

This is an individual J&A for Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
This effort is to award a new supply-type contract for the Distributed Mission Site (DMS) DCGS Reference imagery Transition (DRT). This effort is hereinafter referred to as "DRT". This effort provides direct feed of information without going through a third party, increased speed for data collection/processing, and cloud computing architecture, while supporting growing technologies.
This contract was awarded to a sole source, Exelis, Inc. and has a period of performance of three (3) years through June 2018, if all options are exercised.
