Aeroacoustics Reproduction System (ARS)

In accordance with the attachments contained in this posting, the subject solicitation is being issued for the AFLCMC/XA Aeroacoustic Reproduction System (ARS) effort to develop a system to simulate the acoustic signature of an active airfield for immersive training scenarios.

The Government anticipates making an award to the Offeror who gives the Air Force the greatest confidence that it will best meet, or exceed, the requirements using the best value tradeoff method.

Please see attachments that provide details on the requirement, as well as the process for responding to this request for proposal.

Amendment 1:

Please see attached, "Aeroacoustics RFP_Amendment1 Ltr" dated 25 August 2023. This amendment updates Paragraph 8 of the Aeroacoustics RFP Letter dated 17 August 2023 to reflect the current due date for questions regarding the proposal from:
