Advanced Technology Support Program (ATSP) V   3

Background
The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to seek industry feedback on the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Advanced Technology Support Program (ATSP) V based on initial industry feedback from a previous notice. Industry responses to this Notice will assist the Government in refining and further clarifying the specifications of the PWS.

Work Details
The ATSP5 contract includes a uniform technical and management approach leveraging advanced technologies to meet the Department of Defense's (DoD) requirements for a quick reaction capability across the entire spectrum of technology development, acquisition, and long-term support. The scope covers hardware and software development, studies, analysis, design, simulation, fabrication, prototyping, integration, testing, producibility, and extended limited production. It also includes logistics support, training, warranties, acquisition and delivery of active and inactive documents, enhancement and support for DMEA engineering environment. Additionally, indirect technical, functional, and management activities such as systems engineering, program management reviews (PMRs), configuration management, quality assurance, system test and evaluation are required.
