Advanced Propulsion Experiment (APEX) Proposers Day

Background
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) is sponsoring a Proposers Day to provide information to potential proposers on the objectives of the APEX program in advance of a planned Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The objective of the APEX program is to mature and demonstrate advanced submarine and undersea vehicle propulsion concepts. DARPA hosts Proposer Days to promote teaming arrangements between researchers, provide potential performers with information on whether and how they might respond to research and development solicitations, and to increase efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation.
To maximize the pool of innovative proposal concepts, DARPA strongly encourages participation in these events and subsequent solicitations by non-traditional performers, including small businesses, academic and research institutions, and first-time Government contractors.

Work Details
The APEX Proposers Day will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at the DARPA Conference Center from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The event aims to provide information to potential proposers on the objectives of the APEX program in advance of a planned Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The event will be classified at the SECRET level and will require security clearance transmittal to DARPA. Participants must register for the Proposers Day through the registration website provided. Due to space limitations of the facility, attendance will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Registrants are limited to no more than three (3) representatives per organization.

The APEX Proposers Day will be held at the DARPA Conference Center at 675 North Randolph Street, Arlington, VA.
