Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support organization for U.S. Navy ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles. The contract is for non-personal services and does not create employment rights with the U.S. Government.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide engineering support for electrical power and propulsion systems across various acquisition lifecycle phases of US Navy ships, submarines, and other naval assets. The programs supported by this contract use common equipment and technology, which promotes the concept of an Integrated Power System (IPS). The Contractor shall provide all labor, resources, and incidental materials to perform systems engineering and technical services in support of Code 444. The work includes systems integration, field service support, planning, performance checkout, quality assurance, financial planning and tracking for sustainment engineering, technical data packages development, personnel requirements including security clearance obligations.
