Background
This is a contract to support the Recruiting and Retention Battalion Staff of the Georgia Army National Guard. It includes all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to perform administrative, training, and analysis support to the RRB in the areas of recruiting, administrative processing duties, metrics tracking, analysis, and other office management and coordinating functions.

Work Details
The contract requires administrative staff support to the Georgia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion in the areas of interstate transfer coordination, data analysis, MEPS guidance counseling, training, and staff support. The contractor shall provide services such as in-service recruit coordinator duties and military entrance processing station (MEPS) ship packet coordinator duties. These duties include specific responsibilities such as coordinating inter-service transfers for the GAARNG, preparing and submitting required documentation in Soldier’s iPERMS to initiate accession, overseeing the coordination of ISRs with over 80 units throughout the state, and processing IADT packets for enlistees to ship to active component training bases.
