This sole source justification is to establish a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order with Carahsoft Technology Corporation (Carahsoft) for the procurement of the Active Risk Management (ARM) Helpdesk support, which is a commercial off the shelf (COTS) software user support service for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Acquisition (SAF/AQ) and the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to provide mission-essential Department of Defense (DoD) planning capabilities for 687 United States Air Force (USAF) personnel throughout the world, with 30 concurrent or simultaneous users at any given time.
