Access Control Security Workstation in the B282 Room 116   2

Background
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of the service listed. The scope of this effort includes all activity and work required to modify and update the Advanced Programs section in B282 at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. This includes, but is not limited to: contractor management; system design; purchase of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and ancillary equipment and necessary supporting infrastructure; installation of all contractor provided equipment and infrastructure; systems integration of contractor provided equipment/infrastructure and Government Furnished Property/Equipment (GFP/GFE) and infrastructure; support of applicable GFP/GFE; contractor verification testing; contractor training of site personnel; and site support. Interim Contractor Support (ICS) of the installed system is also included if ordered by.

Work Details
The contractor shall install a new Access Control Security Workstation in the Room 116 with adding badging software and connecting to existing camera and printer. New fiber lines will be connected to the existing electronic lock and sensor at the entry door. Old lines will be disconnected but not removed. The existing workstation will be reprogrammed to remove the old entry door and update the report module to run reports.

The contractor shall provide all necessary infrastructure upgrades to support access control system operations and shall integrate approved Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) into the system. System requirements include installing a new SAW in R116, installing conduit and fiber to existing BMS, Lock, and keypads, updating existing SAW with new configuration for system control and reports, connecting new SAW to existing Printer and Camera system, training users on operation of the system, providing location of equipment, access, and facility support necessary to facilitate project completion, as well as providing verification and validation of project completion.
