ACC A2 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise (ISR-e) Support Services

Background
The Air Combat Command (ACC) A2 Intelligence Directorate is seeking to enhance its Intelligence Support capabilities through this contract.

The ACC is responsible for organizing, training, and equipping Airmen to ensure mission readiness and combat effectiveness in the face of global threats. This contract aims to provide comprehensive ISR expertise and support to analyze emerging threats, thereby bolstering the ACC's intelligence operations and readiness.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a full range of intelligence support and ISR operational services, including:
1. Analysis and Assessment Support Requirements:
- Single and Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis
- Data Science and Analytics
- Multi-Int Fusion and Analytical Tradecraft Support
- ISR Targeting Development
- Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Publicly Available Information (PAI) analysis
- HQ Staff Support.

2. Training Support:
- Develop and deliver various training programs including Mission Training, Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming Training (LVCT), Cyber Threat Analysis Training, etc.

3. Intelligence Support:
- Cryptologic Support, Weapons and Tactics Support, RC-135 PED Support, Collection Management and ISR Planning Support, Cybersecurity Support, Exercise Support, etc.

4. Program Management:
- Quality Management, Resource Management, Contract Administration, Cybersecurity Programs management.

Place of Performance
Performance will occur at various U.S. Government facilities as specified in the contract.
