Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texarkana, TX, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract for Anti-Lock Brake System with Electronic Stability Control (ABS/ESC) Retrofit Kit Part Number Y000868_11000 and Y000868_11400 for the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) to Ricardo Defense Inc.

The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
