This notification to the public of consolidation of contract requirements is prepared IAW FAR 7.107-5(c).

  1. Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Directorate (PK) has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified for Air Force (AF) Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (A2/6) and Cyber Effects Operations (ISR & CEO), and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority (ESS) Advisory & Assistance (A&AS) Services requirement.

2. The determination that consolidation is necessary and justified IAW FAR 7.107-2 is attached.
