2. The proposals submission due date is May 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM EDT.

(a) Description. Acquisition Strategy Panel: A2/6 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) & Cyber Effects Operations (CEO) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority Advisory (ESS) & Assistances Services (ICE A&AS) requires the full range of business systems application support services in support of daily operation activities for AF A2/6 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR),Cyber Effects Operations (CEO), and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority (ESS).

(b) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award IDIQ Contract. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting. This is a competitive source selection conducted in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 15.
