Amendment II - 1 July 2022

The purpose of this amendment is to change the NAICS code from 561320 to 561110. 561110 has been determined to be the most applicable NAICS code for this purchase.

Additionally, this amendment clarifies the following instructions to offerors regarding submission of quotes.

A complete quote consists of the following:
a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature.
b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed.
c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission.

Contract Personnel to input and update data in Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking database system, transition assistance to civilian life (TACL) web application as specified by Air Force or other authorities.

Questions:

1. Is there an incumbent on this contract? If so, please provide the incumbent name, current contract number, duration, historical level of effort and value of the contract?

A: there is an Incumbent. Veterans Management Services, Inc, FA446020F0062, base + 1 option year, unable to supply, $67,778.16

2. How many full-time employees (FTEs) i.e Data Entry Clerk are required?

A: only one full time employee needed

3. Can the Government answer, Be subcontracting for this solicitation allowed?

A: Subcontracting is allowed

4. Can the Government answer, If subcontracting is permitted, does the subcontractor also need to have SDVOSB set aside?

A: the Subcontractor would need to be the same statues as the Prime.

5. Can the Prime Contractor use the Subcontractor's past performance?

A: past performance for both Prime and Subcontractor will be used
