A-E Surveying, Mapping, and Monuments Project at Arnold AFB

Background
The Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN is seeking to contract professional land surveying services as part of a project aimed at reestablishing or rehabilitating disturbed, missing, or deteriorating monuments and signage within its boundaries.

The agency's mission includes maintaining accurate land boundaries and ensuring the integrity of property records. This contract is intended for full and open competition, with firms required to demonstrate their qualifications.

Work Details
The contractor will provide professional land surveying and mapping services, which include:

- Reestablishing or rehabilitating approximately 77 disturbed or missing boundary monuments and 387 signs at Arnold AFB, TN.
- The total area of Arnold AFB is approximately 38,861 acres with a boundary length of about 385,396 feet.
- The contractor must supply all necessary labor, materials, transportation, equipment, tools, operating supplies, and other incidentals required for the completion of the work.

All work must be performed under the supervision of a licensed land surveyor in Tennessee. Firms must have at least one registered professional land surveyor licensed in Tennessee; one three-person conventional survey crew; one CADD Draftperson; and one two-person GNSS crew capable of conducting various GNSS surveys.

The contract will be performed within a 125-mile radius of Arnold AFB, TN.
