Background
The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this contract for the procurement of pipe materials specifically for the Adam Weiss Peak Pipeline project. The goal of this contract is to furnish and deliver specified pipe materials that meet the outlined specifications and standards, ensuring they are suitable for various applications including potable water and wastewater management.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for furnishing pipe materials as per the specifications, material list, and attached bid schedule. Key tasks include:
- Transporting materials in original unopened containers with clear labeling of the manufacturer's name, brand designation, and contents.
- Ensuring materials are protected from damage during transit.
- Delivering materials to a secured location at 4070 Grass Creek Rd, Worland, Wyoming between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays, excluding federal holidays.
- Notifying the BLM three business days prior to delivery.
- Completing delivery of all materials within one month after contract award.
- The total pipeline length required is 34,000 feet with specific design requirements for HDPE pipes ranging from 1½” to 2” in diameter.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within one month after the award date.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance for this contract will be at the secured location behind a gate at 4070 Grass Creek Rd, Worland, Wyoming.
