GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE SOLICITATION. The General Products Acquisition Center, Fort Worth, TX, is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective 7/21/06 electronically only. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.12 requires prospective contractors to complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov, in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
