Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing an unrestricted solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply milk and dairy products to the VA Black Hills Health Care System, which includes the Hot Springs and Fort Meade campuses. The goal of this contract is to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality dairy products to support the dietary needs of veterans.

5. Milk, 1% Chocolate, 0.5 pint, 50/case - Quantity: 11,600 EA
6. Milk, 1%, Gallon - Quantity: 50 EA
7. Milk, 2%, Gallon - Quantity: 300 EA
8. Milk, Whole, Gallon - Quantity: 50 EA
9. Milk, Skim, Gallon - Quantity: 25 EA
10. Sour Cream, 5#-tray - Quantity: 80 EA
11. Sour Cream, 1 oz., 100/case - Quantity: 100 EA
12. Cottage Cheese, Low Fat - Quantity: 300 EA
13. Cottage Cheese, small curd - Quantity: 300 EA
14. Butter (1# qtrs., salted) - Quantity: 100 EA

The contract includes a minimum guarantee of $1,000 and a maximum ceiling price of $400,000.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans from April 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2030 with five one-year ordering periods.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the following locations:
- VA Black Hills Health Care System Dietetics Service Building at Fort Meade VAMC located at Fort Meade SD.
- VA Black Hills Health Care System Dietetics Service Building at Hot Springs VAMC located at Hot Springs SD.
