Background
The 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) at Dyess AFB, TX is seeking to procure 32 new workstations. The acquisition falls under NAICS code 337214 for office furniture manufacturing. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation includes an optional site visit, a question and answer period, and a deadline for receipt of offers. The evaluation of offers will be based on the lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date.

Work Details
The contractor is required to design, measure, procure, and install new modular furniture for four rooms in Building 7238 on Dyess Air Force Base (DAFB), TX. This includes providing all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items necessary for the installation.
A total of 32 workstations will be installed with specific requirements such as an open floor plan concept, collaboration space, some privacy with low partition walls allowing workers to see over workstation walls, and enough space to hold three 20-inch monitors, desk supplies, laptop, keyboard, mouse, telephone, etc. The workstations should also allow for insert of 1-2 filing cabinets and not be bolted to the walls and floors. The contractor will also be responsible for any electrical work required to ensure access to power for each workstation.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall deliver all items no later than 90 days after contract award.

The work will take place at Building 7238 on Dyess Air Force Base (DAFB), TX.
