Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a solicitation for AVID Media Composer Workstation Upgrades. The requirement is being set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Part 12 and 13.
