Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Page 1 of *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 Page 1 of 2 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Medbridge Subscription The Department of Veterans Affairs Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) - Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code is 513210 with a small business size standard of $41.5. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Medbridge, Inc., 1633 Westlake Ave. N., Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98109, for a Medbridge Subscription. The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is requesting VISN 10 Contracting Activity to enter into sole source procurement with Medbridge Inc to complete the above stated service warranty. This request is being entered as a sole source because the above subscription for the license is proprietary products and must be repaired with the use of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software to meet all manufacturer specifications to be fully functional. All Licensing and software updates and configuration are proprietary programs of Medbridge Inc. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
