Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is conducting market research to identify potential software products or solutions that can assist in streamlining and automating the processing of disability benefits claims.

The SSA aims to enhance the efficiency of the disability adjudication process, alleviate work burdens, reduce backlogs, and ensure timely support for benefits applicants. This Request for Information (RFI) is part of SSA's efforts to explore AI-powered technology that can improve the submission, construction, management, or processing of disability claim applications.

Work Details
SSA is seeking information regarding software products or solutions that include but are not limited to:
- Supporting application submission, intake, forms processing, evidence collection.
- Validating, organizing, and synthesizing medical and vocational data.
- Incorporating AI / Machine Learning and Generative AI methods to provide intelligent and unbiased pathing for claims analysis.
- The solution should feature a modern internet and mobile device-friendly interface for claimants.
- Compliance with SSA policy and required disability forms such as SSA-3368.
- Interoperability with external health information technology vendors and record locator services (RLS) to efficiently obtain medical evidence.

The goal is to find a solution that meets these requirements as outlined in the attached RFI document.
