Canto Cumulus Digital Asset Management (DAM) licenses

Background
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Office of Acquisitions (OA), intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive sole source basis to Canto Software, Inc., 625 Market ST STE 600 San Francisco, California 94105-3308, United States, to provide Canto Cumulus Digital Asset Management (DAM) licenses. In 2015, the Information Technology and Applications Center (ITAC) required a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for the purpose of organizing and sharing media files and images owned throughout NIH and located on multiple hard drives, computers, network servers into one repository. The Cumulus DAM system was purchased in 2016 for use by OSPEEC and NIH Office of Director (OD). The software license is restricted to anyone outside of divisions within NIH. The NHLBI ITAC coordinates and provides IT Support to the Cumulus DAM for OSPEEC and other interested organizations within NHLBI or NIH. The Cumulus DAM system is available via a desktop client and a web-based application which supports displaying images and videos.
File sharing and cloud content management services are also available and includes (but are not limited to) Drupal, SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Office 2013, Active Directory and IE version 11.

Work Details
Canto Cumulus Digital Asset Management (DAM) licenses are being procured for renewal for use within NHLBI ITAC, OSPEEC & NIH OD.
