Background
The Lakeland VA Clinic, part of the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital Network, has a requirement for electronic window film on the Pharmacy windows to open and close custom pass-through windows at the newly built Lakeland CBOC facility. The procurement is necessary to meet VHA specifications and high-quality threshold while integrating excellent environmental stewardship and professional installation services for the Lakeland VA Clinic activation.

Work Details
The selected vendor/contractor shall provide turn-key services for the installation of electronic window film at the Lakeland VA Clinic, including design, project management, procurement, and installation. The products must meet specific physical material characteristics and specifications to fit custom windows with pass-through. The delivery of furniture and supplies must be completed 8-10 weeks after receipt of order, with all installation completed by 9/30/2024. The selected vendor/contractor is required to coordinate deliveries and provide a work plan with drawings to correspond with as-built conditions.

Period of Performance
All installation must be completed by 9/30/2024.
