6th Grade Social Studies for DoDEA Schools   2

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a firm-fixed unit price requirements contract to fulfill its requirement for 6th Grade Social Studies curriculum resources using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13 procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 519130 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The award will be evaluated using best value trade-off procedures.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense FAR Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20161222. The Solicitation# is HE125417R0015 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).

The period of performance is 5-years.

In order to be eligible for award Offerors have to be registered with an active profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov.

DoDEA is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing.
