Dry Ice Delivery for Base Year +4 year options-Jackson VA Medical Center

Background
The contract is for the delivery of dry ice to the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC in Jackson, MS. The Pathology and Laboratory Medicine department routinely ships samples or specimens to reference labs for additional testing. The contractor will be responsible for providing dry ice biweekly, complying with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide dry ice pellets in 40lbs size biweekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Deliveries should be made within Pathology and Laboratory Medicine’s business hours. The performance period includes a base year from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, with four option years following.

Base Year: January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023; Option 1: January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024; Option 2: January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025; Option 3: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026; Option 4: January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027
