Background
The Bureau of Reclamation is issuing this solicitation (140R8125Q0064) as a Request for Quotation for commercial products or services. All products are solicited on an 'OR EQUAL' basis, meaning equivalent products may be offered if they meet the minimum salient characteristics specified in Attachment 1.

The salient characteristics for the high-speed camera include:
- At least 38,040 fps at 1280x800 resolution
- Minimum exposure control of 1 microsecond, extendable to 190ns
- Minimum storage capacity of 128 GB
- Color capability
- F-mount standard
- USB C or Thunderbolt connectivity for data transfer
- HD-SDI output, Micro HDMI & SDI digital outputs
- Accessory power for monitors
- On-camera controls (OCC) for settings adjustment without a PC
- At least three programmable Multi I/O ports
- Two power inputs: 20-28V DC & 24V for battery backup with zero latency.

The light source must provide at least 12,000 lumens and include a high-speed strobe with a minimum pulse width of 200 nanoseconds. The delivered system must be complete with a lamp head, power supply, controller, and additional lenses.

Period of Performance
The required delivery date is within 60 days after receipt of order.

Products will be delivered to the Bureau of Reclamation, Building 67, Entrance E3, Room 165, Denver Federal Center, Denver CO 80225-0007 US.
