Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has awarded contract no. 36C26223C0246 to Sygnos, Inc. for Project 664-18-320: Energy Management Controls Integration 1. The VA San Diego Healthcare System has a requirement to replace existing pneumatic controlled terminal units and controls with new DDC terminal units and devices. Work Details
The work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures, and other items necessary for completion.
All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and applicable local and VA building codes.
