Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of Hydrocarbon Analyzers to support its mission of protecting human health and the environment. The goal of this contract is to acquire six units of the CAI 700LX HFID Heated Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer, which will be used for environmental monitoring and analysis.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected by November 29, 2024.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is specified as the Fluid Modeling Facility, Room 120, located at 4930 Page Road, Durham, NC 27703.
