Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting offers for the SEP 2023 Equipment Only Consolidation. This consolidation is being solicited pursuant to FAR 16.505 – Ordering. The VA intends to evaluate offers and award orders without discussions with offerors. The offeror’s initial offer should contain the best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the VA reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined to be necessary.

Work Details
The Request for Quotation (RFO) is only open to companies that have a current contract for the equipment types listed with the VA National Acquisition Center, High Tech Medical Equipment Branch or with the Defense Logistics Agency, Troop Support (DLA-TS, formerly DSCP) under which the VA National Acquisition Center has been given ordering authority. Competition will be limited to current contract holders. Offers containing items that have been proposed as additions to the vendor’s respective contract but have not been implemented by issuance of a contract modification will be considered ineligible for award and rejected.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 11-22-2023 to 01-24-2024.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Acquisition Center, Building 37, 1st Avenue, One Block North of Cermak, Hines IL 60141.
