The Richmond VA Medical Center, located at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249 has requested to purchase a Brand Name Only Philips Patient Information Center (PIC) IX direct replacement parts to upgrade and expand their current Philips PIC IX System. This is a Brand Name Only Requirement. Salient Characteristics Functions to be performed: This is a telemetry system for patient heart monitoring, specifically cardiac electrical impulses, while participating in a rehabilitative clinical program for onsite clinical interpretation. Telemetry is the automatic recording and transmission of data from remote or inaccessible sources to an IT in a monitoring location for analysis. Performance required: Must integrate into currently owned Philips PICIX. Clearly displayed clinical cardiac telemetry system with 5 -wire Electrocardiogram (ECG) lead set with all 12 leads derived in diagnostic export. The system has the ability to review, capture, and export diagnostic quality ECG monitoring. Delivers rapid reliable interpretation of the ECG to determine real time cardiac signal abnormalities. Supports a continuous patient record with existing units in the facility. If you have an equal product that can be used for the request. Please included the specification of your components. The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 3PM EST on March 19, 2024. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
