DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25624Q0317 BACKGROUND: The SLVHCS, LA 70119 has a requirement for Bariatric Therapy Mattress System Rental. Bed functions include continuous Lateral Rotation Therapy in conjunction with low air loss for pressure injury prevention and treatment. Both style beds aid in the treatment of all patients that reside temporarily in Community Living Center (CLC). Contractor shall be responsible for delivery and pickup of beds as requested. This is for base plus four option periods. If providing equal, Contractor shall provide brochures when responding to notice.
